Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations outside of 48 hour window are NOT entitled to deposit.
- Same day cancellations will be charged for 50% of their total service fee.
- 10 minutes or more late to your appointment will result in instant cancellation and 50% service charge
- No Call/No Show are responsible for full cost of the service.
- Any withstanding charges will cause you to be blocked from further services until debts are paid.
